Arezoo Jamshidi is the Leader of Haight’s Appellate Practice Group. She is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice focuses on representing individual clients and diverse businesses on a wide range of appellate matters before both state and federal courts. She is comprehensively familiar with handling files from inception through appeal.
Arezoo’s experience managing appellate cases includes drafting appellate motions, briefs and writs, and presenting appellate oral arguments on various legal matters including general liability, products liability, employment and labor law, workers’ compensation, civil rights, constitutional law, toxic tort and environmental law, business litigation, professional liability, probate litigation and medical malpractice. She also provides strategic legal advice to clients and trial counsel during all stages of litigation, including monitoring trials in anticipation of appeal, and drafting trial briefs, dispositive motions, in limine motions, and post-trial motions.
In her free time, Arezoo enjoys hiking, travelling, watching soccer, and reading.
